We at Pelt Leather aim to provide high-quality leather goods. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.
1. Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Products damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email support@pealtleather.in with your order ID and photos of the item. Once verified, our team will guide you through the return process.
4. Return Shipping
If the product received is defective or incorrect, Pelt Leather will cover the return shipping cost. For all other reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
5. Refund After Return
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund (if approved) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
